Our Anger Management Program helps individuals develop healthy
coping strategies, improve emotional control, and address the root causes
of anger.
This program is available for court-mandated, probation-required, or
voluntary participation and includes certified documentation upon
completion.
Our Lab Testing services provide reliable, court-accepted alcohol and drug screening for legal, clinical, workplace, and personal requirements.
All testing is conducted in accordance with established procedures and processed through certified laboratories to ensure accurate results and proper documentation.

Our Zoom Meetings schedule provides the available online class times for

MVA / MDOT Certified Driving Programs in Maryland
State-approved driving education programs required by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA).

This program is required for individuals acquiring a
Maryland driver’s license for the first time.
Formerly known as the 3-Hour Alcohol & Drug Program, this course is now titled the Roadway Safety Driving Education Program.
Program includes:
- State-approved online course (no cost)
- In-person final exam at our office
- Official MVA certificate upon completion
Service fee: $120
The Driver Improvement Program (DIP) is a Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) requirement for individuals applying for a Maryland driver’s license for the first time or as directed by the MVA.
This program, previously referred to as the 3-Hour Alcohol and Drug Education Program, is now officially recognized as the Roadway Safety Driving Education Program. It is designed to promote safe driving practices and responsible decision-making on Maryland roadways.
Program includes / Requirements:
- State-approved online course (no cost)
- In-person final exam at our office
- Official Driver Improvement Program certificate
- Valid photo identification
- MVA documentation stating the requirement for the DIP program
